FlowerBoxJoe prides itself on excellent customer service. For any reason you are not happy with your product, contact us and we will provide you a replacement or a refund within a reasonable amount of time dependent upon scheduling.

Every purchase you make is 100% guaranteed for a limited time. We will exchange or refund your purchase price—excluding shipping/delivery costs—for any product that is not what you expected within 30 days of delivery.

Returns
FlowerBoxJoe primarily ships via UPS.  We strive on shipping in a timely manner, usually between 5-10 business days. Any delays on the part of the carrier must be dealt with by the carrier, though FlowerBoxJoe will help when fair is fair.

Shipping and handling will be a standard rate for all orders based on the pricing of UPS.

FlowerBoxJoe ships nationally and internationally.  There are countries that restrict the importation of wood and in those instances, we will abide by the rules and regulations of that particular country.

Liability
FlowerBoxJoe offers work that is the highest in quality possible within the limitations of our skills. We warrant that the work has been properly labeled and identified and meets viability standards as set by State and Federal law.

You understand this to be true: The exposure of wood to the elements of light and moisture can affect the integrity and longevity of wood. You understand final results are dependent on many variables including, but limited to, the handling, storage, weather and care.

You understand this to be true: There are imperfections in wood sourced from a lumber yard. While we strive to provide a nicely finished wooden box, and will do our best to avoid wood unreasonably misshapen or textured from milling, we are not dealing in fine furniture; natural cracks may exist, absorption consistency of oils may vary, perfection may not be achieved.

By purchasing from FlowerBoxJoe, it is agreed and understood that the integrity of any single piece of wood is unpredictable, some lasting longer than others, though we will always do our best to act in the customer’s best interest with fairness sought by all parties.

Though our intention is to extend the longevity of wood through our approach of design, we cannot guarantee the integrity and exact life expectancy of wood.

As any responsible company does, FlowerBoxJoe limits the liability for a loss in harvest or any monetary loss that may have been associated with the purchase of our work to the purchase cost of the work.

By the acceptance of our work, the buyer accepts the limitations and disclaimers described herein.
